We always start with a strategy. What’s a strategy? Simply put, it’s a plan of action with a specific goal in mind. It’s our belief that great strategy/planning is vital to great implementation/action (and great reaction). Without this vital research and the resulting strategic planning, implementation is like throwing darts at a board while wearing a blindfold.
