Marketing Packages for Communities
For all their latest communities, New Sun Homes needs a complete branding package, including identity and marketing materials such as business cards, model information sheets, price sheets and community maps. With each new community, the team at VISIONN creates a complete and cohesive identity that corresponds with the style and type of the homes and neighborhood.
Inspiration Comes In All Places
For the Strada Townhome community, we were inspired by, of all things, pastry icing. We created a typical icing pattern and used that as the background pattern on the pocket folder and the inserts. It was particularly tricky to match the two, since one was a gold stock and the other white. VISIONN worked with Crown Press to test and tweak the files until the colors matched perfectly.
